I have a conflict with today's tech call, so if someone could take notes I'd appreciate it.
I may be able to join late. I went through all open SPDX bugs and updated the text for some and closed a few that I verified as fixed. Note: There are a lot of bugs which are in the best practices website. I did not mark them as fixed since the title of the wiki indicates it is not final.
