I met with Mark Gisi this week to go over the SPDX 2.0 model. As we were going over the Usage property, Mark raised some really good points which leads me to believe that the Usage property should be associated with the SPDXElementRelationship and not part of the SPDXElement itself.
I wrote up a proposal for modifying the SPDX 2.0 model on the wiki: http://wiki.spdx.org/view/Technical_Team/Proposals/2012-02-01/Usage_Relation ship_Proposal Please review and either reply or update the Wiki with any thoughts or comments.
