I need a bit more information on the question - can you point me to where the display "Please see online for license details" is coming from? It is not too much work to add license text to the spreadsheet for a license on the SPDX license list, it is more of a user interface question - should we be displaying such a amount of text in the spreadsheet? For licenses not on the SPDX license list, the text is necessary since it is part of the SPDX document and not easily accessible.
