The order is not preserved in the tools currently. For the spreadsheet, we
probably should sort all of the sheets.
I'm going to be away from emails for the next week. I can submit a bug when I
get back. Feel free to submit a bug yourself at bugs.linuxfoundarion.com under
spdx pretty printer.
