When running inside our application code, empty HTML files get produced.
Reproduced the issue in an isolated unit test (the current unit test suite for
spdx-tools does not exercise that code).
Updating to Mustache 0.8.17 fixes the problem. Need to update pom.xml and add
unit test to exercise the HTML template.
