On the webpage for each license list exception there are often links provided
to external information ('Other web pages for this exception'). These links are
broken. See for example this page:
http://spdx.org/licenses/389-exception.html
The external link goes to:
http://spdx.org/licenses/[http://directory.fedoraproject.org/wiki/GPL_Exception_License_Text]
Which, with one URL embedded within another, is incorrect.
