--- Comment #1 from Yev Bronshteyn <[email protected]> --- It should be pointed out that the approach described for external reference types above is the same one that we use for all other "listed values", including license IDs, relationship types, etc. Anything that's listed in the spec (the body or appendix) is identified by a URI in RDF format.
