I just pushed a new minor release of the SPDX tools at https://github.com/spdx/tools/releases/tag/2.1.2 You can download the binaries from there. See the README <https://github.com/spdx/tools/blob/master/README.md> file for information on how to run the tool. It contains a few fixes including one or two fixes that may impact the comparison tool being used at LinuxCon Europe. Note: This release has not yet been published to Maven Central.
