https://spdx.org/tools says that Java 6 is required to use SPDX workgroup
tools. However, the download page for the tool on GitHub
(https://github.com/spdx/tools/releases) says Java 8 is now required. I believe
the SPDX website needs updating.
In addition, this document
(https://spdx.org/sites/cpstandard/files/pages/files/spdx_tools-draft-20140314.pdf)
also linked to from the above tools page also needs updating to refer to Java 8
instead of Java 5/6/7.
