woo-hoo!  thanks Gary!

I think our next step is to add any new licenses or exceptions that have been proposed and accepted since 2.6 to the repository in the new format.  We discussed tooling for this, but that is not developed yet, so for now someone will have to do it by hand. I'd propose a two-part process/review:
1) need volunteer of something code- and Github savvy to add these new files (as tracked in Dennis' Google spreadsheet)
2) review of new files by one or two lawyer members to make sure tags are in right place, etc. before merging..

Volunteers for #1??

Greetings all,

The list-list-XML file conversion to the new properties is now complete.  All fixes for the parsing errors have been merged, so feel free to continue improvements and create pull requests for the list-list-XML repository.

I also updated the spdx.org/licenses/preview with the latest changes.  Please review the preview site and create pull requests or issues for any formatting issues identified.

Thanks,
Gary
