Good catch, and #76 looks good to me.

Issue + pull-request + list email is the belt and suspenders approach,
so you're good ;).  I think we would have been fine with any one of
those, and personally I prefer pull requests (for folks who are
comfortable submitting one), falling back to issues and list mail for
typos.  I've filed [1] to try and give more detailed guidance.
