We're starting to figure out and list our proposed projects for 2019 on
a WIKI page right now - https://wiki.spdx.org/view/GSOC/GSOC_ProjectIdeas
Its still a work in progress though, but that's where we're catching our
ideas.
We're also active on https://gitter.im/spdx-org/Lobby if you want to ask
questions
in a more interactive way. :-)
