Hi William, thanks for this and for all the work here. I've stared at this for a bit and I don't have any particular comments offhand. All looks good as far as I'm concerned.
One question I did have: I note the "FromFile" association between Package and File. Are you thinking that this would replace the existing PackageFileName property -- so that instead of giving just a file name, it would be represented by an SPDX identifier for the actual File? That makes sense to me, just wondering if that was your intent here. Thanks!
