Hi Gary and tech list, I had previously shared some comments and feedback in that PR. My main overarching comment was to make sure that the "usage profile" clearly did _not_ purport to communicate any licensing-related metadata. I believe that was addressed in the subsequent commits to remove earlier references to licensing.
I provided a number of other comments in the PR, which were mostly intended to try to improve the clarity of the purpose and use of the proposed new fields, as well as asking if some of the fields were more appropriately included in a different section such as the existing Package information section. All that said, as long as the new content doesn't incorporate licensing-related matters, I'll defer to you and the rest of the tech team on whether the new profile is ready to add. I admit that I think it may have areas that should be clarified, and I'm not certain I fully understand the intended usage or details. But I'm personally not likely to be a user or consumer of the section, so I won't keep being a roadblock on this one. :) I'll add a note along the same lines in the PR comments, and the team can proceed as it sees fit.
