The rest of the website is accessible. For example, - https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v3.0.1-draft/serializations/ - https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v3.0.1-draft/model/Core/Classes/CreationInfo/ But not the homepage at https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v3.0.1-draft/ The reason is there is no index.html.
