On the tech call, we left open the issue of whether to have a single creation info or multiple creation infos for individuals. Alexios has already created a pull request and we should have a working spdx-spec validation CI soon.
We just finished a call and agreed that we will have separate creation infos for individuals defined in the spec itself. This does not apply to the individuals defined in the license list.
