Based on a series of interviews with app programmers and industry
developers, we have created an optionally private verifiable SPDX generator
for organizations that use open source. The goal of this is to support
users of open source who have not adopted other integrated tools.

We are recruiting participants for a 30–45 minute usability study of a
web-based SBOM tool. Participants should be 18+, fluent in English, and
have experience with software tools and GitHub or similar code repositories.
Online and in-person sessions are available; in-person is preferred when
possible. Participants receive a $25 Amazon gift card after completing the
session.
Please use your UNC Charlotte email address when signing up so we can
identify class responses and follow up quickly.

This is a one semester doctoral experiment. We are seeking participants
until Dec 15, 2026. Please reach out to me or Narges [email protected]
or Bikash [email protected] They are cc'd here.

Thank you for considering this.
