The July SPDX General Meeting is happening this Thursday, July 13th.

We have a great presentation lined up:

Fedora's Adoption of SPDX License Expressions

Just shy of a year ago, Fedora adopted the use of SPDX license expressions in
its package metadata. This also coincided with updating all licensing
documentation and processes for Fedora. See
https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/important-changes-to-software-license-information-in-fedora-packages-spdx-and-more/
This talk will explore insights how the project planned a migration from an
existing homegrown license identification system to SPDX and what this means
for package maintainers.
