I could not attend the call. However, for the “How to” question, I’d like to propose that SHACL rules are added to the model files, in a separate section named “SHACL validation”, for example. At least this could cover the majority of cases, where the rules are about a specific class, property, or vocabulary. For more complex validations that are involve a number of elements, we can decide later where they should appear.
