Hi Keith, Thank you for the clarification and for pointing to the branch with SPDX 3 support in tools-golang. I’m currently trying to better understand the expected conventions and potential edge cases in such conversions, especially where information loss or structural differences may arise. I’ll likely put together a more concrete proposal/design for discussion as I iterate further. Appreciate the guidance this helps validate the direction I was considering.
