Ahh found it myself.
There is an undocumented BACTIVATE="Yes" option for
cfa_contentObjectCreate.
You need to set this if you want your object to show up in searches or other
Spectra 'actions'.
You can also set the object's ATTR_ACTIVE attribute to "1".
If anyone from Allaire is reading this - please add this to the
documentation with a better explanation of the difference between active and
not active.
