No, your allowed to do *foo*, which will translate to %foo%, which should
match megafoobaby, foobaby, etc. Ditto for the label search as well. Of
course, I'm talking about the property search. If by keyword you meant
metadata keyword, then yes, that's an exact match, just like the normal
keyword search. (Actually, I'm not 100% sure that is an exact match.)
