Am I reading right in that this was a Sybase error, and not a Spectra error?
By the way, you should not (normally) create hierarchies via the webtop. The
webtop doesn't use cfa_mdhierarchycreate, and therefore would miss some of
the default properties that hierarchies use. I'm not 100% sure this would
cause errors later, but better safe than sorry.
