It calls the page that was just created, attempt to put it in designmode.
To 'inform' the page that it is in designmode, it passes that variable along
in the URL. We rely on you to see that variable and code behavior into your
app to use that to control designmode.

Subject: Page creation problem
Can anyone explain why when creating a page through the "webtop/content/site
layout" model route, a new window is opened
(after choosing a template) with the parameter "designmode=1" and nothing
appears on the page. When I change the parameter to
"mode=edit" I am presented with editable containers (as I would have
expected from the start without having to tweak parameters)
We are using Spectra 1.01
