I tried the same thing, and I found that I could not use the webtop for
getting the file object to work. That is, I had a "document" type with an
embedded "image" (which again embeds "file"). When I'd click update, only
the main document (eg. title etc.) would get updated.
I found it easier and more efficient to create my own handlers than digging
out why the default webtop handlers wouldn't work.
If you'd like some pointers on how to get it working programmatically, I'd
be happy to send you some clues. Leaving within the hour though.. :)
