Hi,
According to the help files, before you use CFA_TYPEINDEX you have to use
CFA_TYPEINDEXCREATE.
Ben Forta's book (p.377) does not appear to indicate this.
The bizarre thing is that I managed to get away with using just
CFA_TYPEINDEX for a while. Do you always have to use CFA_TYPEINDEXCREATE?
