Site Layout Model

When you navigate to the Site Layout Model when you have not created any
pages you get this error :

Error Occurred While Processing Request
Error Diagnostic Information
ERROR: the site element you have requested has no children.

Not very good, at least put in a : not site elements created.

Okay, i'll do it!
