As an addendum:
The created PLP can be viewed via the Webtop with its associated steps.
Each step was specified via cfa_PLPStepCreate, created with the same
dataSource, PLPID as the said plp. Handler name for each step also
provided.

Hi,
I'm trying to create a PLP programmatically. The plp is to be created in a
directory that is not under the Spectra installation. To this end I've
specified a handlerRelativePath, set bCreatestructure to true and set a
value to hold the r_bStructureWasCreated.
With <cfoutput>, it states that r_bStructureWasCreated is set to true.
I couldn't find the directory that holds the Spectra created default
handlers. Please tell me where I've erred.
