actually, my apologies that wasn't supposed to be there. I found out
what the problem is. My learning curve has been rather steep and
unfortunately patchy with the way our projects have been going, so at some
point I missed the fact that cfa_begin had to be used to kick off a task.
I guess when you start a workflow from the webtop, it executes the workflow
thus doing notification for the first task - it then requires someone to log
in and "start" the first task.
In my code I was ending a task, then trying to simply execute another, but I
couldn't figure out why the workflow wasn't appearing in the next login
stage of my custom admin system. I needed to also use the taskbegin tag to
kick it off.
