Hi....
I am creating a
publisher system using Spectra and its security.
I have created a
security context, user directory, created groups and users for the User
Directory.
Using the Site
Security Section in the Web Top i have assigned groups from the user directory
to have access to different sections within the publisher.
Now if i login to
the publisher system the first time around (say with user Bill belongs to the
Magazine Group) i get the correct permissions as i had
setup.
Now i
logout....
Now login to the Web
Top and either (add a new / remove existing) group for the user (Bill) and
then logout.
Now again i login to
the publisher system with User (Bill) but the new changes do not show
up!!!!
any ideas why its
not picking up the changes....
so far i have
figured out that in Cold Fusion Administrator if i unselect the ColdFusion Cache Settings under
Advance Secuirty it works fine......
but i guess its not
a good thing to do....:)
Any suggestion would
be most welcome
