I suggest taking "Allaire Spectra For Developers." It is an excellent
class and gives a great overview, knowing cold fusion and the theory behind
object oriented programming is essential.
We have a support team consisting of network administrators to take care of
the OS and machine and a cold fusion developer for maintenance.
