I'd probably start by writing a script outside of your rule handler that
does what you want. Ie, your logic is something like:
Published=Yes
Handler=X
Etc=Foo
Write a script that can grab those particular entries. Hardcode the X, Foo,
etc type values. When you get it working right, at that point begin working
on integrating it into a real rule handler.
