This is the new value added feature of spectra. To speed up the performance
of the WebTop they started caching everything, and I mean everything. If
you want to see what they are caching just do a dump of the request scope
and check out all of their caching. I have yet to hear of a way to turn the
caching off without seriously modifying their tags. The refreshing of
material problem is due to the fact that they are using frames with cached
data. These frames don't get refreshed sometimes. You will also notice as
you work with the WebTop that you will need to cycle your services quite a
bit to flush out the cache. This also means that you have that 5 minute
login at the beginning. Enjoy.....

With v1.5 WebTop the pages act as if they are cached [in my browser] which
produces strange results.
For example if I delete a user the Users listing does not update. If I log
off as Adam and log back on as Bill, the WebTop menu bar still says I am
logged in as Adam. If I right click on the old HTML and select refresh then
the display is updated.
Is there an option somewhere that I need to change? The WebTop site model
has the default setting of all caching in the WebTop "inactive".
