I know I have seen some issues with the webtop menus, specifically in
customization, and I know it is being worked on. I don't want to promise a
fix, but I worked with the guy who is getting it fixed, and I think it might
help you in this area.
One thing to look for if you are having problems with the webtop items
remembering your customization - When you go to the Webtop Manager, click
edit on each of the items. If you notice their index all read 1, edit them
so that the second item says 2, third 3, etc.
