Most probably the useraccount he is using has a invalid "default
application" assigned.
If possible you should just enter another temporary user to the
userdirectory
(lets say username="X", password="Y") and use this for the login.
The system will default the "current application" for this user (who hasn't
got a USERPROFILE
assigned and therefore no "default app" on his own!) to "Spectra Webtop" and
you can
modify the "default app" for your collegue in the usermanagement-part of
Webtop.

Betreff: Wierd Error coming from webtop

One of our developers gets the following error messages, but no one else
does:

Error Locating Application:
The applicationID that you specified is not valid- please verify that it
is correct or specify the
 application name instead.
You should also verify that the cfaobjects datasource is pointing at a
valid webtop database that
 includes this application object.

How can we fix him so he can log into the webtop? What causes this error?

Thanks
Mary
