Reinstall Spectra. Create the DSN pointing to your app. Go to webtop. Make
an application object pointing to your DSN. That should be it. If you use
type searches or metadata, you may want to rerun.
MOST IMPORTANT - Don't forget to apply ALL of the KB fixes.
