Sadly I am stuck in v 1.01... I am busy trying to put together an HLD and
test out my ideas for putting this site together before I leave my contract
in just over a week... I will be handing over to a newby spectra person and
am hoping I can make this all as clear as possible for him.
He will be doing the site in v 1.5 once it's been setup this side... so
he'll be able to test the rules thing and will probably have alot more luck
with it than me.
