I can't say this for sure, but I believe your problem may be related to
another SM issue that is being fixed soon. This issue relates to problems
with ordering/creating of webtop items (ie, the nav stuff). I know the
engineer corrected some stuff here, so this may address this as well. I'm
also not sure about the release of this fix, but I do know it's planned.

Main point - I think this issue has already been addressed and will be
fixable soon.
