I'd suggest getting the Allaire Spectr e-Business Construction Kit. It's the
only available Spectra book out there, and I think it's pretty good.
(Although since I wrote part of it, and I get royalties, there is a slight
possibility that I may be a bit biased.) Prima is coming out with a Spectra
book as well. I'm not sure when it will be released.
You should also check out the Spectra Developer's Zone @ Allaire:

There are many articles and tips there.
Every now and then CFDJ will have an article on Spectra. It's a good
magazine to subscribe to in general.
