Yes, you could use "<cfa_contentObjectDelete>" with Attribute
bUpdateCollections = "FALSE".
Unfortunatly - from an downward-compability-point-of-view (and a performance
point-of-view) - the default is "TRUE".

Actually this has been introduced in Spectra 1.5, because many people asked
for an automated
update of collections to keep the system in sync.

To delete an object on my site takes about 13 seconds... the files that are
taking most time is:

1250 ms C:\PROGRAM
FILES\ALLAIRE\SPECTRA\CUSTOMTAGS\SYSTEM\TIER0\METADATA\CFA_METADATAINDEXDELE
TE.CFM
3234 ms C:\PROGRAM
FILES\ALLAIRE\SPECTRA\CUSTOMTAGS\SYSTEM\TIER0\SEARCH\CFA_PROPERTYINDEXKEYDEL
ETE.CFM
7563 ms C:\PROGRAM
FILES\ALLAIRE\SPECTRA\CUSTOMTAGS\SYSTEM\TIER0\SEARCH\CFA_TYPEINDEXALLKEYDELE
TE.CFM

Is there possible to get around this?
