Am I missing something or is there no "clean" way for my
delete handler to return a bad status to its caller (e.g. maybe
it could not clean up things properly and wants to notify about this)?
Handlers can return status but cfa_ContentObjectDelete never
returns any status from the delete handler it calls. This seems
like a bit of an omission. I guess I shall have to stuff the status
into request scope for now but maybe this needs to be improved.
