I am not seeing this bug, and I don't remember it as something fixed post
1.5. Can anyone else confirm this? Nate, are you making sure that you finish
the PLP edit, ie, you end up back at the list of PLPs?

This isn't a bug, it's a feature. :) No, really, it is. To force a new
instance, just pass bForceNewInstance=1 to the PLP. Be sure to only pass it
once though. (I mean once per restarting the PLP.)
