The toolbar is totally customizable, so the short answer is yes. What's
really cool is that you can create numerous toolbars and switch them out of
the fly. So, you can do stuff like this:
If(User.Profile.Intelligence < 100) {
show the simple toolbar
} else {
show the advanced toolbar
}
OR
if(on public page in the Ray section) {
load toolbar with Ray section colors
} else {
load default toolbar
}
Of course, the above is pseudo-code.
The spell check is pretty dang cool as well.
