My oversight, and my apologies! Yes! Exactly! Once the PLP has been created, 
then Spectra calls it with the cfa_plp tag. Just place this tag on a 
template, with the appropriate attributes, and run that template.

To get the plpID you have two options: One, take note of the variable 
'r_objectID' that is returned when you run cfa_plpcreate, or Two, in the 
webtop, within the context of your application go to -  Process and Workflow 
 > PLPs > [find that PLP title] > [the PLP UUID is to the right of the 
title].
