There doesn't appear to be a tag to create a metadata collection a la
cfa_typeindexcreate. Why is this?
Also why do the tags cfa_propertyIndexKeyUpdate,
cfa_propertyIndexKeyDelete, cfa_typeIndexAllKeyUpdate and
cfa_typeIndexKeyDelete have the word 'Key' in their name, but
cfa_metadataIndexUpdate and cfa_metadataIndexDelete not?
