According to Ray back on 8/9/2000
(http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00474.html),
you should never need to use the <cfa_typeindexcreate> tag. If you check
out /allaire/spectra/customtags/system/tier0/search/cfa_typeindex.cfm,
you'll see that that tag a) checks to see if the collection exists and if
not, creates it, and then b) updates the collection.
Outside of that, I'd check to make sure you have at least one of the
properties in your object type marked as searchable. You might also try
adding a collectionpath attribute to the tag to see if that helps.
