Hi Hermann

Where do I get "Access2000-Scripting-Runtime". Our servers are controlled by
the administrators....so I'll need to feed them with the info as they'll
just tell me that the problem is with Cold Fusion...

TIA

Leon

Hi Leon,

yesterday i had a similar problem with the installation of cf-server on NT
Server4.0 SP6.

i solved my problem by installing "Access2000-Scripting-Runtime".

the coldfusion4.5.1-installation includes the writing of the file
"smpolicy.mdb" in
the folder "CFUSION/database/".
the spectra1.5-installation includes the writing of the file
"Userdirectory.mdb" in
the folder "allaire/spectra/database/".

i think siteminder uses one of this databases for starting.

i hope this silly/astonishingly advice helps you like me yesterday.

Hi

I am trying to install CF Server on Win 2K, but the Siteminder services
don't want to start. Have any of you guys walked into this before????

Please let me know. Any fixes or updates?

TIA
