I have a tag that does this. I'll try to get it up the devex someday.

There is no point in rebooting boxen just for the hell of it. That does
not solve any problem. What you need to do is do some accurate performance
measurement. You monitor, for instance, the amount of memory used by the
CF server for a day or two (preferably longer.) If you see a virtually
straight horizontal line, you're OK. If the line just goes up and up,
you're in big trouble.

You definitily want to optimize your verity collections. If your site is
not too heavily modified, optizing once every night be ok. I have another
little tool that measures how much collections are fragmented; again, I'll
try to post that somewhere.
