These warnings are generated by the CF Server when starting/restarting as it
scans the custom tag directories for executable custom tags.
Since all these files seem to occlude themselves I'm guessing you have a
duplicate entry in ColdFusions list of custom tag directories. Try having a
look at the system registry entry
[\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\CustomTags\C
FMLTagSearchPath].
If I'm guessing correctly you'll have a duplicate entry in that list.

This exact same thing has just recently started happening with our app as
well - in the last 2-3 weeks. We get loops of about 50-60 customtags
warnings for tags with in the system, restorenet, ibuild, etc directories
even though most of them should never even get called at all.
