Currently, the tree code differentiates between NN and IE, and versions of
those browsers. Because the source code was not developed to take into
account a beta version 6 of IE, the tree defaults to 'expanded'.
Note that it is not 'stuck', but functions normally: it just starts in the
expanded mode.
